Offerings from Woodlands Breathing
Woodlands Breathing can offer a range of wellbeing practices to support you in your own wellbeing. Currently, we can offer forest bathing (also known as Shinrin Yoku or forest therapy), guided meditation, laughter yoga and some gentle breathwork. Bring a childlike curiosity and an open mind, and take away calm and clarity or whatever you are offered on the day. Events are suitable for most fitness levels.
