Service Description
Join us in this 90-minute call where participants can join from their local green space or home, wherever they are in the world. You will be guided through the gentle practice of forest therapy, inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin yoku. Suitable for most fitness levels and anyone 16 years of age and above. Information will be sent to confirmed participants with further details to help them prepare for the session.
