In-person walks invite you to move slowly through woodland or parkland, pausing often to notice the textures, sounds, scents, and stillness of the forest, with time for quiet reflection and a simple closing ritual that leaves you grounded and restored. Online sessions bring the same mindful invitations to wherever you are, in your garden, balcony, or local park, you discover that moments of calm and connection can be found anywhere. Both experiences are deeply restorative, offering benefits such as reduced stress, improved mood and sleep, greater clarity and focus, simply giving you permission to get our of your own head and a renewed sense of belonging to both nature and yourself.

What to Expect
In-Person
During an in-person forest bathing walk, you’ll be gently guided through simple mindfulness invitations designed to slow you down and open your senses. Together, we’ll pause and you will be invited to notice the sights, sounds, textures, and scents of the forest in ways you may never have before.
The pace is unhurried, with plenty of time for stillness, reflection, and quiet connection. We’ll walk slowly, rest often, and share invitations and reflections in a supportive group setting. No special equipment or fitness level is required, just comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and an open heart.
On-line
Our online forest bathing sessions bring the peace of the forest to you, wherever you are. You’ll join a live guided experience via Zoom, where you’ll be invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with the natural world around you. Whether that’s a garden, balcony, local park, or even a single plant by your window.
Through gentle practices, you’ll discover how to find stillness and renewal in your own environment. Sessions are designed to be calming, restorative, and fully accessible, offering you the benefits of forest bathing without the need to travel.
You’ll leave feeling centered, refreshed, and more deeply connected to both nature and yourself.
